Graduate School is Becoming a Headache
One of the scariest, and probably dumbest, thing that I have done was apply to the Savannah College of Art and Design. I have dreamt about going to Savannah since I was in architecture school. Let me put it this way, SCAD to me is Columbia University to an English major. Anyway, I have to submit a portfolio. This is where I have a problem. The only portfolio that I have is the one that I made for my portfolio class back in 2007. The rest of the time was spent doing nothing but writing papers for my History degree. So now I have to break out the outdated portfolio and clean it up while I weed through all the papers I wrote for the last three years. When did applying to graduate school get so complicated?

I am a small town, twenty-something girl from North Carolina just trying to make it through college. I love history and politics so much I decided to major in them at Salem College. I hopefully will one day be a college professor.I tend to over think every thing; I am extremely ambitious to the point of self-destruction; and I am stubborn. I am also creative and artsy but I cannot draw to save my life which complicates things.
I love having the opportunity to travel with the ones that I love. My dream is to have a stamp from every country in the world, in my passport before I leave this world.
